Recount text

Recount text is text what tells about happened already happen in the past, such as,writer’s experience, Past populace story, someone’s story, ETC.

The structures of Recount text :

1. Orientation

Orientation tells about who was involved the story, what happened,where the story took place,and when it happened.

2. Events

Events tells the sequenceof events, these are describe in chronological order.

3. Re-orientation

Re-orientation tells about summaries the events.

The characteristics of recount text :

1. Used simple past tense

2. There is adverb of time such as, long time ago,two years ago, last,yesterday, in 1984, ETC.

3. Used temporal conjunction such as, then,after that,before,etc.

My basket ball experience

When I was in junior high scool, I really loved basket ball, Every Saturday afternoon I practiced in school field with my team and my coach. They were strong and smart players my coach,Mr Sentana was a kind person. But, while he was coaching us, he was very discipline. He would arounded any one who came late and not obeyed the team’s rules.

With Mr. Sentana, our team won many tournaments in many big cities. Our team named after school, 67 team (SMP 67) and hehad many fans too. Now , I still love basket ball and have a tima too. But, my parents want me to pay attention more to my study, basket ball just for hobby.

Perfect Tense

· Present Perfect Tense.

Present tense is tense that used to describe an action,or activity what happen in the indefinite time in the pastand at time talk or its activity already finish did.

a. Positive Sentence.

Pattern : S+have/has+V3+O+K

Example: I have written a poem for half hour.

b. Negative Sentence.

Pattern : S+have/has not+V3+O+K

Example : I haven’t written a poem for half hour.

2. Time Signal.

Time signal are usually used in the present perfect tense are :

Past perfect tense is tense used ti explain an action already finish in the past or explain an situation or happened already happen. General, more result situation or happened what first happen.

Often time’s are not able to communicate clearly what they would like to say. It is purpose of this lesson to help student understand the need to be articulate and precise when explain steps to another students. In addition the student listening will learn to be a more effective listener.

Reading analize Characters

Goals and Objectives :

After selecting and reading a book independently,students will create a paper bag book report using an ordinary paper bag. Students should choose five-seven items to place in the bag to represent significant events or characters from the book. For example, “ Goldilocks and the Three Bears” might call for a soupspoon, a thermometer, a piece of dollhouse furniture, an add for running shoes,etc. Students,after filling and decorating their bags,present them to the class. Each students should explain how the items he or she has chosen to the book. This makes for a fun oral presentation which exceeds the traditional book report for the presenter and the audience.

The Legend of Penyusuk Beach

Once upon a time, there was a king and queen who lived in the kingdom of Belinyu. They didn’t have any child. Until one night, the queen had a dream of a turtle. It said that the queen would have a baby. The queen woke up and she had to give a Komala necklace to her baby. The queen woke up and she has holding a Komala necklace in her hand. She told her dream to the king and he was very happy.

Shortly, the queen’s dream became reality, she deliverd a beautiful baby girl. The king name her, Komala. She grew up as a pretty girl. However, she had bad attitude, because her parents spoiled her to much.

One day, Komala heard her parents were talking about the turtle in her mother’s dream. She thought that the turtle was very interesting animal, so she wanted it as her pet. She insisted find it and the king allowed he took for the animal.

Accompained with the king’s guard, Komala searched the turtle,and finally,she found it in a beach, she shouted to it “ Penyu Busuk wait for me” in several time, but the turtle keep swimming. Komala ran after it into the sea. She tried to catch it, until then sea finally drowned and disappeared ang all of her guards could not save her. Now, people can the beach penusuk.
