Passive Voice

Passive voice is clause where subject as adverb. The subject of a passive clause does not perform the action expressed by the verb but is affected by it. Passive verbs are formed from the verb to be the past participle of the verb.

Past Continous Tense

S+to be(was/were)+V1+ing+O+K

K+O+ to be(was/were)+being+V3+by+S

Simple Present Tense

S+V1+O+K

K+O+have/has+V3+by+S

Simple Past Tense

S+V2+O+K

K+O+had+V3+by+S

Football match tickets are bought at the stadium by my brother.

I was writing a letter when Mother came.

A letter was being written when mother came.

I study English at night.

At night English have studied by me.

I drank orange juice in the afternoon.

In the afternoon orange juice had drink by me.
