Past tense

· Simple past tense.

Simple past tense is tense what used to express that an action started and finished at specific time in the past.

Simple past tense form are :

· Verbal Sentence

· Non verbal(Nominal) Sentence

1. Verbal Sentence.

a. Positive sentence.

Pattern : S + V2+O+K

Example : I studied English twice a week.

b. Negative Sentence.

Pattern : S+did not+V1+O+K

Example : I did not study English twice a week.

c. Interrogative Sentence.

Pattern : Did + S+V1+o+K+ ?+

Example : Did I study English twice a week ?

Example : I was happy.

b. Negative sentence
